Global Tech I is located 110 Kilometers north-west of Cuxhaven in an area of 41 square kilometers. 80 M5000 wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 400 MW are expected to generate around 1.6 billion kWh a year and to save more than 1.4 millions of tons of CO². It shall be completed in 2013.
