A semiconductor plant wich was established in 1991 will be extended for the production of 200 mm wafers. The new Anstrem-T production site shall have a clean room aera of 6,000 m². An additional building for gas, chemical and ultrapure water supply will be erected as well as a natural gas-powered energy supply center for electricity, heating and cooling.
