Project Description
Imec, the worldwide leading Belgian research center in nanoelectronics, starts with the expansion of its research labs and clean room with 2,800 m². The extra lab space includes 1,200 m² ultra-clean processing area as an extension of the current 300 mm clean room and will be 450 mm ready. Another 1,600 m² of new lab space will be realized to extend its research labs on silicon and organic solar cellls and on biomedical electronics.
