Project Description
For more than 50 years, the Zweckverband Bodensee-Wasserversorgung has been one of the leading drinking water suppliers in the Federal State of Baden-Württemberg (Germany), providing around 4 million people with drinking water from the Lake Constance. Every day, up to 670 million liters of raw water or 7,755 liters per second are pumped. There are 29 water supply reservoirs with a capacity of 474,500 cubic meters alongside the pipeline systems with a lenght of 1,700 kilometers.
