General Schedule Management and document control management: Head of the scheduling and document control team
Management of the entire scheduling of the consortium. Coordination and integration of all schedules created by the consortium.
Progress monitoring and calculation of EV key figures as a basis for the invoicing. Reporting to the F4E and IO.
Organisation and realization of the entire document control of the consortium. This includes the management of all documents issued by the consortium (planning documents, correspondence, meeting minutes, etc.) as well as the administration and distribution of all incoming documents.

Technical Interface Management – managing of existing interface  database as well as coordinating the requirements of the interface requester and provide.
