Project Description
Angstrem-T JSC started to update and extend an existing semiconductor manufacturing facility in Zelenograd near Moscow. The new facility will consist of a 7,000 sqm cleanroom manufacturing area including manufacturing support areas and an office complex. An Energy Supply Center, which will be part of the project scope, shall supply the fab buildings with electricity and hot and chilled water. The facilities shall be completed and be put into operation at the end of May 2014.
