Project Description:
The French energy company EDF (Èlectricité de France SA) invests in the modernisation of their existing power plants in its overseas departments Martinique, Gaudeloupe and Réunion. Each plant will be equipped with 12 MAN diesel engines with 18.3 MW. The total output will be 220 MW. Due to the state-of-the-art technology, the CO² emission shall be reduced by 15 %.
